Went to Amite/Blind river tuesday and found no fish. There was a huge fish kill as ya'll know due to the hurricane.
I'm looking for another place to fish that is within an hour drive from Denham Springs. Anyone got any ideas and if so I need directions to the landings.

Thinking about going to Okhissa Monday morning. Anyone have any reports of the fish bite? I have never fished there before and any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Really Slow bite lately
gonna be fishing the next 3 days in the amite, diversion canal, flat lake, blind river. Going out this morning. Anyone know where there is clear water? Also any reports on sac-a-lait would be helpful am taking my mom out one day and would like her to catch some.

either get a GPS and plot your route in so you can follow....
im from denham as well. i make frequent trips to pigeon....
I usually fish the spillway and launch out of pigeon.....
