Mr. Glynn Harris was gracious enough to just post the story about this buck. I just wanted to share a few more pictures of him for those who are interested. Killed Monday, 1-21-13, in Tensas Parish at Winter Quarters Hunting Camp. Sported 11 points and was measured at 149 5/8 inches. Deer of a lifetime as far as I'm concerned. Lots of thanks to my buddy Lane Cox who put me on this stud!

After getting pics of this big guy back around the first of August he disappeared on me. Well, a week ago he started showing up again on the other side of the lease in one of our small bow plots. Man, it's good to see him back.

Shot this 9 pt (his G3 on the left side is broken) on 12-27-11 in Madison Parish, Louisiana at my future father-in-law's camp. 1,500 beautiful acres of free-range hunting just across the levee from the Mississippi River and from Diamond Island. Couldn't have been happier with my first buck. It was classified as a cull because of the anomalies. Old deer, weighed in.... Read More
