I have a bad back (several back surgeries) and I am not very flexible at all so even getting down on or near the ground to get in and out of the kayak would be an issue for me but I think its something that's doable for me but i'm sure i'll end up wet and muddy doing it.

is anyone still using these things?
I haven't seen then being used for trolling the tressels which would be the ideal conditions to use such a thing and I was wondering if everyone has thrown then into a drawer somewhere never to be used again.
anybody out there have success in using them on a regular basis fishing salt water or would even go buy another one of those things today?

once again i need a new trolling motor battery and im looking for a cheaper option.
i have a 12 volt 55 lb thrust trolling motor so i only need one battery and its great because it saves money on the motor and batteries and its also all i need for a 15ft flatboat.

i saw a brief clip on cox sports television about this weeks cold front causing the white shrimp to make the move to the gulf on mass and shrimp boats were all catching huge amounts with decks overflowing with shrimp (they showed one picture of a shrimp boat with shrimp overflowing the decks) and said one guy had supposedly 1600 lbs of shrimp in just one net haul.

I have fixed the issue
As you may know, users can submit to contests by adding a post to the appropriate contest forum. The contest forums are no different than regular forums except that posting to the forum can be turned on or off automatically.
Well, someone went into the system and configured a contest but mistakenly added an inactive Fishing Video contest entry using the Fishing category as the main category. I removed the faulty contest entry and everything is back to normal.

im thinking of using small little white trout and chopping them into 1 inch chunks and fishing for redfish with them.
i know redfish love live or dead shrimp and they love cut up mullet, but i dont know if redfish would like cut up white trout, have you ever heard of that?

ok i dont know if its always been that way but it seams there is never that many falling tides in the mornings except for winter time fishing. i only started paying very close attention in the last couple of years and it seams very strange since most common folk tales are fishing is best in summer because of warm weather yet the tides dont support that.

well its official, the cloverly land owners were not negotiating in good faith and put language in the contract to make it a basic poison pill the parish goverment can never agree to.
