i am looking at buying a used jet ski i was wondering if i was required to pay taxes since it is used and the taxes where paid on it when it was bought new. i think you pay taxes only on the trailer but any infor would be great thanks

You only pay taxes on the trailer.
Just got my first saltwater rod and reel. a Shimano Stradic CI4 Spinning Reel, I have a small 14 alumacraft so I am limited on where I can go. I was wondering if any one is catching specs in the marshes around the rigolets or around hopedale where the water is not to rough. I am new to this saltwater fishing. Thanks

Where with in 40 mins of Abita springs can you catch some white perch? Would love to go catch a few. New to fishing the area. I have a 17 nitro and a flat so i can access alot of water. Thanks

Great first 35 days made 11 hunts got 50 ducks and 20 coots. Great third year hunting the marsh. All killed on public land! Can't wait till next Season and find a place to finish the last half of the season within 1.5 hours of covington. Time to start fishing and counting down till nov.
Any one catching any trout around the Bolixi wma. Like stump lagoon or any where in there. Duck season is over time to break out the fishing poles. Or any one catching trout on lake ponchtrain

Hey I was fishing the other day and saw a sign that said posted to hunting. My question is how can they post that and is the water posted also? Cause if I am hunting out of a floating blind and never step foot on the marsh that's not trespassing? I am have only lived down here a few years and am not sure on how all these posted signs on the intercostal water way work. Any information would be.... Read More

That area is leased for duck hunting,you can fish it but....
Did anyone have in luck in the Bolixi marsh. We did not here much shooting and we stayed untill 1030.

Has any been seeing ducks in the wma. I know there is usually a lot in the marsh. I saw a bunch of ducks south of the rigolets but the canal were posted no hunting? I don't under stand how they can post a canal? As long as I don't step on there LAN that's not trespassing? Any answer would be great on both thanks

There is too many other places to hunt without trespassing....
I hunted Joyce this am and didn't pull the tigger. We also hunted big branch Sunday morning and didn't see any ducks. Bolixi opens this weekend and I think I headed to bayou st malco. Anyone having much luck this week on the northshore?

Hey I just moved to south la an wanna hunt some swamp bucks! I am not asking for your honey holes. I just wanna know ema areas around the northshore you can rifle hunt. All the governments websites are outdated. Any help would be great. Thanks for all the answers in advance. And good luck hunting.

Thinking about going to try to put a few specs In the boat tomorrow. Anyone catching any around the tressle or the marshes. I know a month ago we were tearin em up in the marshes. But duck season came and stoped fishing. Any info would be great not asking for hot spots just wanna know if any one is catching any?
