this 308 round should not have went in i just purchased this rifle new out the box this year i will bring it to the place i bought it to see what is going on i could not belive it went in myself mabey bored wrong do not know will let you know it is made by man and machine so who knows
allways shot a 308 or 30/06 for deer this year droped down to a 30/30 for a place iam hunting all close shots 50 yards or less so went bye a new marlin. shot it at the range all ok went hunting this morning grabed my box of 30/30 rounds got to my spot loaded up lucky i did not see anything when i started to unload my shell in the chamber did not kick all the way out closed the chamber agin and.... that is why i posted it i know a lot of hunters shoot 308s and bring there kids and they shoot 30/30s so check your kids amo they wont (look whos talking about checking your amo)
thank you for your info you sent it did help me find the owner of the land. person who owned land passed away and now there are 38 heirs who all own part of property contacted some of them and they are all in disagrement as to what they want to do with land so it will just sit there most live out of state want to sell ones in state will lease but have to have all on same page. would stil like to.... went to court house i did think of that had the picture of property i printed off google earth said they could not help me with out a name or range they did not look to interested in helping me.

any one know how to keep shinners and larsh alive longer i buy them the morning i go and they are dead before i get to use them.i just use a minnow bucket but they should live longer than 2 hours

i am useing a plain minnow bucket no aerator i know this....
i did do a lot of serching what the law states if it is a man made canal who buys the land can allso have ownership of the canal with the exeption if a oil company dug the canal and the state collected revenue off the minerals it would stay porerty of the state and open to the public.or if a permit was given to them by the state with out collecting any revenue it stays state property. called.... i started this about canals i doown some land and there is canals running thru it i never blocked it off like everyone else is doing why because i have found people will go fish in the canals during the summer and fall come winter time when hunting opens they stop fishing in it i may have some people who still fish in it during hunting season not many. you wont get a attorney or a judge to fight.... to make it simple look up waterway commercial trasportation 33cfr part 329 has a section of man made canals and private ownership

who gives land owners the right to put up gates in public canals went fishing and found gates put up in public canals to stop people from fishing in them they own the land not the canal going bye the state law if they dug or made the canal they can stop people from going in it but they are blocking canals that have been opened for years and counted bye law as public waterways and was there.... The worst part of the canals being blocked is that years....
sportman in la. are losing rights to fish many valued areas due to landowners placing fences across canals you see they belive that if they own the land on each side of the canal then they also own the water that is in the canal private property owners are claiming the right to deny the public access to these waters the constitutuion states any waterway that was used for commercial.... went to orange grove for two mornings straight caught lots of nice bass from 530am till 8am one after a nother they would only hit red shad 7.5 inch worm after 8 they quit have to out there early
i am retired like to bass and red fish i go mon- friday looking for someone to come with me i have the boat i am 56 years old looking for someone about same age m/f
