anyone know how delacroix is doing right now? Going out tomorrow. What lures would be best right now?
Anybody know about the bass fishing in the Bonnet Carre spillway right now or the spillway ponds? Haven't heard any reports for a while now. Might be taking a trip to the spillway ponds this weekend so thanks for any help
Anybody know some good bank fishing places for sacs in the greater new orleans area? If you know please tell me and tell me what lures/live bait to use.

PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE MESSAGE.I would like to do about a 3 to 5 hour fishing trip this weekend and was wondering where I could get some good freshwater fishing in WITHIN A 25 MINUTE DRIVE FROM NEW ORLEANS. Bayou Segnette Park on the westbank. My favorite bass bait....
can anyone tell me some good guide services for sacalait or bass in the Atchafalaya river or basin? also can anyone tell me good guide services for crappie or bass in southern Louisiana? please help because i cant find any guides on the Atchafalaya searching on google.

Tomorrow I am going fishing for cichlids (an invasive species of Louisiana-it looks like a black perch) does anyone know any good baits/lures for them besides worms and crickets? Because that is the only thing I have ever caught them on. The only other time I have even heard of catching them with lures is with a fly or a panfish jig on their spawning beds. Thank you for any help.

Has anyone ever heard of a cocahoe minnow biting a topwater lure? The other day I caught a huge 9 inch cocahoe minnow on a Heddon Torpedo in a canal. Sorry I dont have the picture I forgot to take one. I was fishing for bass.

I would use a 9' 5 weight. Get a decent rod and don't....
Does anyone know how to catch the bass and perch in Bayou St John? If you do, where should I go to catch them? I know there is great bass and perch fishing in City Park, but I just want to try out Bayou St John.

What would be some good baits to use for bass at Lafreniere Park? I know this one kid caught about an 8 pound bass on bread, but I've tried bread with no luck. The only fish I have ever caught there was a small perch, a bunch of catfish, and a sac a lait. I've tried crankbaits, spinner baits, and a jig for the bass but haven't caught one.
