Finally got another chance to go out on the boat with a few friends! Had a great day saturday and caught a 38 pound bull and one black fin tuna! Our final count was 5 mahi ( two 38 Ibs bulls!) 2 wahoo, one black fin, 4 cases of beer, and one bottle of rum! Really enjoyed what was probbly our last carribbean fishing trip!

The fiance and I and a few friends from texas and new orleans went down to a salt pond along the coast and found some blue crabs! We did better than my brothers did back home on the same weekend! Felt like we were back home on the bayou!
Does anyone know of any good recipe's for lemon shark? If grilled approximately how long untill its not too dry? A few buddies and me finally caught our first shark thursday night and being from louisiana they are all looking at me to cook it!! Unfortunately, I've never caught or cooked shark before. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
