The first breeding period for Vernon parish seemed to be a success. Deer started moving around Nov. 1, 2011 and moved pretty good for a week after that. The first sign of black tarsal glands came on the tuesday kill of a massive 10 point which seemed to kick of the first rut on Nov 1st. Thanks to all who participated and donated to the Yankee Canal Speckled Trout Rodeo; it was a complete success. The Largest speckled trout caught this year was only 3.05 lbs. That is 2.33 lbs smaller that last year, but there were a lot more fish weighed, just smaller fish this year. Can anyone tell me what is the best way to secure my prop shaft to the universal joint. Would it be a good idea to drill a hole through the universal and shaft 90Ί from the key slot and installing a pin to stop my shaft from vibrating loose and sliding foward damaging my universal joint?

We just finished with the 30th Annual Yankee Canal Seckled Trout Rodeo on Jan 22, 2005. I must say it was a overwhelming success. Great weather and large fish were brought in in numbers unimagineable. The largest Speck weighed in at 6.2 lbs. WOW!!!
