wanting to take the grandkids crabbing around madison ville or lacomb . can anyone tell me if the pier on the end of the tchefunte river at ponchatrain on main street has been repaired or not. how are the crabs running ? THANKS!!!

when would be the best time to catch bass at caney lake ? thinking about renting a cabin at jimmy davis park for about three nights in feb or march. (about) when does the spawn usualy happen? what are some of the best baits for this lake at this time?

Both months are pretty good. Feb. is prespawn, depending....

my grandson is wanting me to take him crabbing. i have a few drop nets and was planning on running a string line. i haven't been crabbing in about 30 years. can someone please tell me where i can go and crab from a bulkhead or in the surf and catch a few to show him how it is done? THANKS

use shad immitator there should be schools of bait shad....
my cousin was given a boat that was given to someone else.paper work didn't change hands original owner is not known. is there any way to get this boat registered or find out who original owner is so paperwork can be straightened out? boat is ready to go fishing just no regestration papers or numbers. can anyone help me out with how to get this taken care of? I cancelled my trip to Lake P tomorrow because of heavy....
I've noticed a river that crosses under interstate 12 around manderville .I think it is the tchefunte river .it looks like it would a good bass fishing area,(beautiful river with a lot of cypress etc. can anyone tell me how the bass fishing is or is it just boat riding river. it sure looks good. THANKS!!!

It used to be some pretty good bass fishing, but after the....
Going to caney for four days next week(21,22, 23,24,) staying at the state park.Beautiful lake and great cabins. BUT the lake is hard for a out of town weekend warrior to fish.Can some of you pro's help me out? THANKS IN ADVANCE

last year i went to the peirs at the end of the tchefuncte....
you can go out too Bayou Lacombe catch few maybe Small....
