Had a great day fishing out of Sweetwater marina. I always feel welcomed there and captian jack is a great host. launched about 6:45am and it didn't take long to find the fish. most of the fish were caught on sweetwater live shrimp!!! We had a good day out of Sweetwater marina. I had the company of a long time friend and his two boys Aidan and Logan. So we brought our boys down to Delacroix for a youth fishing rodeo. The Knights of Columbus put on a great event. Its all about our kids and to teach them what great natural resources we have. Had a great day down in Delacroix. Launched as norm out of Sweetwater and service keeps getting better. Looks like the bait shop on the water is coming along good. Made a trip down to Delacroix Saturday it started slow. But turned on later. And as normal the service is second to none. Captian Jack and crew makes everything so easy. ANOTHER GOOD DAY OUT OF SWEETWATER MARINA DOWN IN DELACROIX. FIRST TRIP IN 4 WEEKS AND IT WAS GREAT. 52 SPECKS AND 30 WHITES. NOT TO BAD FOR ME AND THE WIFE AND OUR 7 YEAR OLD SON. O YEA DID I SAY I GOT OUT FISHED BUY THE 7 YEAR OLD.

Well guys made a trip to fourchon this morning and we had a lot of fun. 3 bull reds over 35 inches, one big drum, and 3 black tips one 4 foot. We started off slow then it picked up around 3 pm. tried timberlier but no luck there but i have only been out there once before have a lot to learn to get around the island with all them rocks under water.
