I THINK I saw some ABS plastic (black) crawfish trays (table top?!!?) that fit over a 55 gal drum on LA Sportsman but can't find them now. Am I crazy or did anyone else see these? They're black heavy duty ABS plastic that fit over the drum and has a hole in the center. Has places for dip, drink, bugs, etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Recipes in Outside Louisiana
Baking fish outside in a covered grill is great, especially in summer so as not to heat the house. It's even easier and better when done with a large iron skillet. Here's how.

4 lb. Black drum was delicious. After taking advice of previous posters. I fileted and removed red pieces. Broiled in butter, olive oil, lemon juice, saltnpepper and garlic. It was great. No worms were found. Next time I think I will scale and grill whole. 'Never trust a fisherman who doesn't eat his catch'. Caught with shrimp on Tony Saprito pier in Sarasota Fl, late may.

Grill your favorite fish with your favorite seasoning but sprinkle with a little Cumin. Crank up your fryer and take the flour tortillas and when the grease is hot place one into the grease and use a metal ladle to push it down and hold it for about 15 seconds, then use metal tongs to flip it and fry for about another 20 seconds, remove and drain on paper towels. This....  Read More

Smoked fish dip is one of the most delicious, and easy-to-make horderves. Just a little of this and that, and in no time you can look like a hero to your friends and neighbors over for dinner or watching the game.

Hi all. Does anyone have a good and easy speckled trout recipe? My wife doesn't like fish so I was looking for possibly something where I can mix the fillets with Italian bread crumbs, butter, parmesan cheese, etc. I am a terrible cook, so any recipe you have will be appreciated :)

Ok guys, I'm in the market for a black iron pot for jambalaya, chile, craklin etc..... I'm stuck on whether to get the 5 gallon or the 10 gallon. Most of what I'll be doing, the 5 gallon would probably work. With that being said, I know the day will come when I wish I had the 10. Do any of you guys have the 10 gallon and think It's just to big? I'll be doing some gatherings for around 60 or....  Read More
