It's a computerized 3D popup shoot benefiting the MS chapter of the Wheeling Sportsman, an organization that helps out wheelchair bound sportsmen. Take N. Picayune Exit, follow Hwy 43 W until you see the Henley Field Community Center. Can't miss it. Shoot from 9:00 - 4:00 with a shootoff around 4:30. Adult prize is a Mathews.... Read More
My release is old but I like it and don't want to change it. It also stinks just from sweat, rain, time, etc. I can not seem to get the leather to not stink much less scent-free. After shooting during the heat of August and September it is inevitable but there has to be a way to fix it. I've tried washing it,keeping it in a bag with baking soda for a long time and nothing works. I guess I can.... Read More

Here are just a few Trail-cam pictures that I pulled from my camera this past weekend at our place in South Texas.
Unbelievable how many hogs are on our place!
Last week was a little busy despite of the warm weather. We took a couple from Louisiana. He was pretty interested in the lake and its surroundings. Jason was more than happy as he broke his own record.... Read More

Do these does look pregnant still to you? I have over 200 pics for the first half of August and not one fawn pic. Seems very unlikely. I can't decide if these 3 photos look like they are still pregnant or not. I guess its possible they just dropped but it shouldn't take long before the fawns start traveling with the mothers. He was a decent 8pt last year, and this year he has 10pts. He has remained unseen by us on our land. I got him on camera twice this year so far. Nowhere near any of our food plots. He is actually using a.... Read More

I spent a week at Destin and found exactly one tar ball the size of a nickel. We had a great time and were at the beach everyday. There was more grass than usual along the beach, but I was told that was from the excessive heat. I was really relieved to see the beach not too impacted by the spill, because that is one of my favorite areas to vacation.
