Thinking about hitting Pigeon on Friday. Anybody hearing reports if they are biting? Is the water high/muddy?

I searched everywhere but I couldn't find out how to get my burn license so I can burn the marsh legally! Do any of y'all know when and where I can get this 'burn permit'?

You must first inquire with the Louisisna State Fire....
My Buddies and I are going to make a fishing Trip Lake Verret/Belle River this weekend. I'm not to familiar with the area and I was wondering if I could get any advice on to put more bass on the boat. Any advice will be helpful!

I know you aren't suppised to give your secret fishing holes out but if anyone could point me in the right direction of some ponds, etc. where bass fishing is viable off the land it would be greatly appreciated. Im from morgan city so anywhere within 50 or so miles would be great. Thanks!
I having some major issues with the wiring of my boat. Most of my wires are corroded 5 feet from the ends and I think a complete rewire is in order. I dont have the time to do it myself. Has anyone ever had this done? If so who did it and what was the cost? Also if anyone knows of someone that does a good job please send me the contact information.

Hey there... I was looking for a spot to sight in a few guns, including my new AR15. I know there are ranges in the big cities and whatnot but I was looking for a place with atleast a couple hundred yards of nothing so I could do this. Before I went pop off rounds of an assault rifle I wanted to see if anyone knew places where the nearby residents did not mind.

Off of the Cheramie in the old union oil canals, fish the canals left and right going back to the facialities. The worms are falling out of the trees big time and the bream are tearing them up. Its a site to see how fast the bream will hit these worms. Good luck fishing, and take the kids, now is the time they can catch them.

All sacalait 12 to 14 inches and a 3# 12 oz bass cant wait to go back this weekend, sinko is my personal choice in the cloudy water right now , but im no expert its just what I have the most confifdence in. Fish kill didnt seem to hurt thank god. Smaller bass were schooling in clear water areas if you just want to have some fun , they love shiners.

Fisher's of Men has one on the 20th and Capital City Bass....
Me and my buddy plan on making a trip to Doirons landing friday. Im a college student that dont have much time/gas money to fish alot. I havent been down there this year yet. Im not asking for spots and baits, just wondering if the bass are biting and are they done spawning in that area? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Jb what area were u fishing? I've tried verret all over....
fill up a gallon bucket about 3/4 of the way with deer corn , 1 pineapple cut up in pieces and squeeze the pineapple making the juice get all over the corn , 1 23.9 oz of fruit punch koolaid mix poor in bucket and mix , then get 2 big highland beer cans mix with it all then get 1/2 gallon of diesel and mix that with it all let it sit in the bucket for about 24 hrs it will have a spoiled smell.... Randy Levingston is now 4 for 4 with his new Marlin .22 mag rifle. This morning he shot hog numbers three and four and could have shot number five if we didn't have to drag them out from so far back in the woods. I had my 12 gauge and spotted 3 hogs.
