I read The Tri Parish Times, The Gazette, and The Comet on line. All in my opinion are great newspapers. In the jeer section of Saturdays on line edition of the comet. I felt legitimate questions were raised along, with several inaccuracies.

I feel like I'm being ripped off by my own state! I got a ticket in the mail today from Geauxtrash saying that I didn't pay a toll on 9/16/2011. I THINK I saw some ABS plastic (black) crawfish trays (table top?!!?) that fit over a 55 gal drum on LA Sportsman but can't find them now. Am I crazy or did anyone else see these? They're black heavy duty ABS plastic that fit over the drum and has a hole in the center. Has places for dip, drink, bugs, etc.

I heard from a reliable source who was at the town hall meeting and read an article about a new diversion that was approved to be placed in braithwaite that will be the size of the bonet carre spillway that will dump fresh water and sediment into the Delacroix marshes...does anyone have any info on this???

ok!! now that we know all the trimmings to put in boiled crawfish, how do you season them?? i'm sure there is a hundred ways, and i am sure they are all great!!! and how long do you boil them, say a 35-40 lb sack and let them soak??? do you add ice or put water from the hosepipe when you let them soak, i do??
