Waterfowl Hunting in Delacroix Island in Southeast Louisiana
Two man limit last year. Looking forward to six teal limit this year.
The family was out today catching shrimp, fish, and scouting for gators to fill he last tag of the season. But the real excitement of the weekend Is the opening of Teal Season. Teal numbers are still low but more and more are showing up daily. I talked to Phil Robertson a few minutes ago and he said he saw good numbers for the fist time this year today. He has spending every morning since Aug 15th in the blind scanning the sky for teal. This morning was only the second time he spotted any teal but saw several big flocks heading south. We will be out in full force this weekend to give those teal all they can handle. Good luck to all and stay safe!
