Did you make a police report and provide the serial number and any unusual markings on it? They do recover a few. I wish you luck .

That's a dam shame what people do. hope you find it,keep an eye out at the closest launch around the area on a good day you might get lucky. because thieves are stupid you'll be surprised.

ernest is right, thieves are pretty much stupid! maybe they mite sell it out of that area? if i was you, i would check the serial number on every one you see, if possible! if they arent stupid and keep it in that same area, they mite try to make it look different than it does now, like put an older cover on it or dog out the paint to make it look older? who knows? good luck!!

i just seen a 2005 yahama for sale on here on classified under boats pictures are cloudy price sounds too cheap too me.might want to check it out.

I just saw that add. That neither looks like that motor or even a yamaha to begin with. That's just a bad add all the way around. Looks more like a older Johnson or evnrude. Thanks for the heads up, I may still give it a call and see what those pics are about.

Did some more research on that add. That motor seems to be a Yamaha 25 3 cylinder.
