Redfish in clear water. GoPro Hero3 Black
that is definitely a cool picture, where was that big bull caught in such clear water?
you right tuff. That is some really clean water. It's not green either. Where was that taken?
Pretty sure it was taken about 200' straight out of Mandeville Harbor.
hey mo did they put a tape measure or a scale to that bad boy?
not real sure but he told me they landed a few of them before they started breaking lines and rods so they left em biting.
I like this one for the cover. But yea that redfish in that clear water is really hard to beat!
two 18' beautiful gold color
no competition for either of the two photos above, but thought i would share one that i like
Wow, that is some really clear water for Lake P around Mandeville! I wish we had lots more of it.

The pics from JLS would be a good idea.........as long as you can verify they are his...... if they are his you will know it because we have all seen them over and over and over.............again!
After Vermont took a pic of mine and played with it I am kinda gun shy right now. Wish I knew why he did that.
My last couple trips haven't been picture worthy. :-)

Have any of you guys ever seen the cover of the magazine? While I like some of the pics above, I don't think most of them would ever make it.The magazine almost always has a close up of a fish or animal or of a person and said animal. The person, if present, usually appears neatly dressed. Additionally, the background is not a brick wall or a refinery--there is usually some marsh, a green field, blue water or some pretty woods.Keeping that in mind, let's see what you got. I have no pics cover-worthy or else I'd show em. this is the best I have.
With the possible new red snapper season starting in march how about this one....
Have a friend who works for the Sportsman and he said it is unlikely that a red fish will ever be on the cover, would have to be an awesome pic with a related story.
My wife's bull red.
I like the top Picture Stalker..
First bow kill
Stalker , I see y'all don't watch much tv at your house either . Lol Nice pics bro

Yeah, he was smiling for the pic hahaha... Thanks guys. We always have 2-3 kids in tow on our trips here are a couple more
nice pictures topwaterkings look almost painted
All great pics. Not to steal anyone's thunder, but I would like to see LSM put that picture of all the dead snapper killed by the rig demolition on the front cover with an in-depth story about the removal of the rigs. It should contain quotes from the government agencies such as the NMFS, MMS and other agencies about why this is happening. One bunch of bureaucrats cuts our quota and seasons, the other kills the fish trying to be protected. Just my thoughts, plenty of other covers to come for subscriber and user pics.
