I had an anterless buck chasing a doe two weeks ago. This is the first one I've ever seen, I mean not any antler visible even with scope at 14 yards yet he was chasing a doe so hard for 30 mins head to ground grunting and hooves splayed. Not sure what kind of offspring he will throw, maybe I should have culled him as an anterless deer. Deer I saw was only around 135 lbs.
I took a spike, 3 weeks ago the weighed 165, he had 4 molars and 2 front teeth, he was waddling for 2 hours before i shot him, he was really old I guess, place I hunted has bad genes, day before I culled him I shot a 14inch 4 point, 3yo or so, the points barely split and rack was just straight up. Alabama by the way.
Bull Head
We had a pic of 1 at mid day, but never got sights on him to make sausage or ground meat.
