sacalait in morgan city
Has anyone been catching any sacalait in the morgan city area? In past years i have caught plenty by this time of year, but this year it seems like I can only manage one per trip. I fish mainly in the stephensville area and was wondering if the fish kill they had from the past hurricane may have something to do with it?

I'm glad to know that its not just me not catching in the area. I guess I'll have to check up on a few other places that may have not had a fish kill with the storm. any ideas? maybe the teche or cheramie area?

I fished the Charamie area two weeks ago with no results I checked the Berwick boat landing yesterday the water was muddy don't know what to say

Morgan City Sac a Lait
Water was dirty all around Stephensville last week end. Found clean water in canals off Cheramie but no fish. I guess its a little to early yet.
