If you watched the news today in New Orleans,they are finally getting tired of the cab drivers being shot,so now they are proposing a mandatory death sentence for killing a cab driver.HELLO DO YOU HEAR WHAT I'M SAYING.I agree.Eye for an eye.

yes if someone pistol whips someone while commiting a crime, and he dies yes the death penalty why not he had a gun, unless he was the one defending himself and or family!! it will take some harsh laws to stop this kind of stuff!!!

Must be a liberal cause you turning it around and making it sound like i said give the death sentence to anyone who hurts someone..Take a step back and see where i said anything about pistol whipping anyone sir.I say if you KILL an innocent person you should get capital punishment.Why should you sit in jail for the rest of your life and live debt free rent free etc..... and us taxpayers foot the bill.

A guy pulled a pistol on a buddy of mine outside a barroom and threatened to kill my buddy . My buddy took the pistol from him and beat him unconscious with it . My buddy was prosecuted for beating the guy , and his defense was that the guy had pulled the gun on him and threatened to kill him with it . The judge told my buddy that he should have stopped beating the guy with the pistol after he realized the guy was unconscious . My buddy was sentenced to 6 months in jail and heavily fined . Nothing legally happened to the guy that pulled the pistol .

So , moral of the story , if you overtake a guy that pulls a pistol on you , don't hurt him ?? Lol
