Thanks Spooner. There were not many opportunities. Not much flying. Although,(and my Dad and Uncle say this every hunt)if we would have shot perfect we would have limited out! It was great just to be out there after a 2 week layoff!

Thanks Steelslinger. The water has been so high since Isaac that I think the ducks can go wherever they want. They must be spread out throughout the marsh. We need a strong north wind to push the water out so they will be concentrated in smaller areas. I can't complain, I just go whenever someone can bring me no matter what the weather is doing!!!!

I know the feeling about going no matter the weather any chance i get ill be out there!!! But for my area a westerly or northwest wind will push the water out. West is the BESt!!!!
