Paddle Accessible Spots
I live in the New Orleans Area and am looking for places to duck hunt out of my kayak or pirogue. Im either looking for public land or WMA's all within about an hour from New Orleans, and a place where I can park, put in the water, and is in paddling distance to do some duck hunting after the split ends. Any spots or advice is helpful, this is only my second year duck hunting.

Point aux Chene WMA
Pointe aux Chene WMA. Get there park in the boat launch parking lot, drop pirogue on opposite side of the launch and paddle 200 yards. Thats it.

You could try Joyce WMA haven't heard many good reports but you can paddle right in from the road I think
