Slow but steady-no scratch

Slow AM but have been harvesting a couple each day. These will be a goo-ducken. Using axis deer sausage as stuffing.

Decided to partially debone, stuff with deer sausage dressing then bundle in bacon. Now for some oven time. That's what happens down on the farm.

I need to post some of my pics of the Dove, Duck, Goose pot roast for Thanksgiving. Those look really good, bet they turned out great.

Chris it was awesome. Nothing but leg bone left and requests for more. i only got a small taste and really surprised how good-tender and juicy. I actually deboned a little differently leaving all breast meat in place unlike peppin. Good video though.

Tim, post em up-I plan to cook a bunch more. Need another goose hunt with Chris-hint hint.

Headed back to TX for more deer.
