Nice looking fish ------ I fished in a rodeo a few times before where the redfish with the most spots won the money --the fish with the most spots I ever caught or seen till seeing yours was 70 spots -----did you try and count them

Louisiana state fishing records are kept by weight only. There is no record for the most spots. Cool looking red though!

I think these are called leopard redfish. they are no a different species, just an interesting abberation. I want one.

That is one AWESOME red!! I usually mount mine in corn meal and hot grease, but that one would be great on the wall! I've never seen one like that.

Double wow! I see a picture or two of the speckled redfish every year but I think that might be the biggest one I have ever seen. Seems like they are always the 2 pounders.
