Where ya launching out of? jugs or falgoust

I don't know the difference. Which ever one gets me to the reds.

You can launch at either at Falgout or Jugs and really depends on how far you want to run and what the conditions are like. North Decade out of Falgout is pretty simple and will be your easist bet if you're not familiar with the area. I personally like to fish Bayou Sevuer. You launch out of Jugs and follow Bayou Dularge until you get to the canal with the power lines. Take a left and follow it and do an 'S' to the pipeline. We call that the jump and can get very shallow so I wouldn't recommend it on low water days.

Capts pretty much dead on. I prefer to launch out of juggs. I refer to the bayou he is talking about with power lines as Jones Bayou. You can definitely pick up some reds in there. I never use corks in there, i either throw artificial or shrimp on a weight. Itg does get shallow so just watch how far you go in. I usually fish the first pond on the right. If they arnt stacked up in there, continue down bayou dularge until you get to the grand pass, hang a right and just start fishing some cuts and small ponds. Cracked crab on the bottom of the pass is never a bad idea either. Google map everything and take a look at the area. Goodluck
