I can't express how thank I am that you took the time to show us around & put us on some fish. We fished thru the points where you left us and then went hit bakers bay and followed birds north and south for a little under 2 hours catching another 5 specks and releasing another 25-30 white trout! Thanks again!

I enjoyed the company and I really enjoy seeing someone catch fish. Glad ya'll had a good day. Anytime your heading down there when I am we can get together and hit em again.

I just trolled toward the birds and couldn't keep up with them but still had shrimp jumping over my cork while the birds were diving 50 yards or so in front of me and the fish was hitting it as soon as it the the water. I used saltwater assissin electric chicken & H&H blue moon with char tail cocahoes 3' under cork.

Went to my always spot off the pencil canal. Ended up with 41 specks, 15 whites, and couple reds and drum. Not bad for the bluebird skies. Went several other places with 1 here and there. Also, my son-in-law caught and released a really big drum

That's a great catch. And that big nasty drum, love it!! I have only kept 2 like that and both were so full of worms I wondered how it swam, much less survived. Only keep the smaller ones now.
I have caught trout in the pencil canal before. Seen shrimp jumping turned around picked up 4 or 5 trout last winter. I am always scanning the water for shrimp or bait of any kind in areas I don't normally fish.

As I was walking up the launch ramp I saw you pulling out heading home. Next time I see you I will give you a shout.
