GA FF looking for advice

I am looking for advice and an inshore charter for a post Thanksgiving excursion. My wife and I love to fish, but have not experienced LA waters yet. We have a 17'CC bay boat, but want to be introduced to the area before we go out on our own. We want to travel down on Friday Nov. 23rd and fish the 24th & 25th. We are looking for recommendations on location, lodging and charter for this time frame. Thank you in advance for your time and input.
