Well I finally had some time yesterday after scouting/catching to run over to Decade to find the submerged object I hit back in October. Looking at Sonar it appears to be a pipe sticking up from the bottom. Approx 5 ft of water and it seems the object is about 2 feet below the surface. My prop actually hit it while idling looking for it.

It is almost 100 yards off the bank at the end of the rock jetties right past the Cajun Bahamas. Be careful if your in that area.

Do you know if this pipe is marked with anything or is it still hidden? I was in the area Friday and did not see any poles sticking out the water in that area. Thanks with any help on this.

I'm going fishing there tomorrow and if someone will give me the gps coordinates I'll drive a piece of pvc in the mud next to it. May save someone some damage or worse.

Any reports on what the trout are doing?

Nothing is marking the spot. I did not have any pipes with me when I went to look for it. GPS coordinate are above in previous comment. Be careful.
