Dude thats a speckled king snake, they eat other snakes poisonus and non poisonus. Dont kill them they are completely harmless man and help with the bad snakes.

Yeah, I don't kill the snakes, even the poisonous ones. I just stay out of there way except for the one rattler I ate this year. I used to catch snakes for a living. The speckled kings are the coolest and very friendly to handle. I held that one for a hour while hunting before letting him go. There are very few animals out there I don't try making friends with.

Ted is one of my favorite hunters for sure. Yeah, instead of watching nature shows on TV which I do like, I much rather go out there and experience it myself. More fun except when you get bit, lol. Actually switched majors in college once I got hooked on deer hunting just so I would have a job that let me make my own schedule to hunt more often. At first I was in coaching/teaching because having summers off would have been great for fishing, but after killing a deer with a bow, fishing became trumped for good.
