Maurepas Swamp??
Does anyone have any report on Maurepas Swamp WMA? I did not make out yet. When will we get word on any changes to deer seasons? I live in Thibodaux area and water does not want to drop. It is not as high as when storm passed but still well above normal. Did water drop on maurepas side of the river yet?Any info is great.

Changes
Major changes to the deer season will be made at the LDWF meeting Thursday. There was a very high deer mortality following the storm and the season will be adjusted. Changes will be posted on the LDWF web site friday.

well i guess i will be able to spare your family some deer suasage sence it doesnt look like you will get to kill one cuz maurpaus will be closed for does after ldwlf has there monthly meeting and all they have is does and spikes in choctaw lmfao
