We made some floating gates that open and close with the tide. this is the only way we can keep it out of our ponds. So far we have been real successful and this past storm also cleared everything out.
I have used floating gates/booms for years and had great success keep that and lillies out of my pond. I build the boom out of 4' PVC that I seal one end with great stuff foam with a 'T' on that end . It then rides on a piece of 1-1/2' pvc through the 'T'. The other end I cap...last for ever
you must be from bayou sol? that is the dumbest question i ever heard. salvania is on 404 for ever and it will never go away. good luck with the woodies.
