Hunting in Lake Pontchartrain / Northshore in Southeast Louisiana

traditional way of hunting
September 22, 2012 i took down my first big game traditional bow kill in Woodville, Ms using a hand carved long bow given to me by my good friend Neal Facion made of black locust wood and my homemade arrows i made from raw cedar. I hunted this same spot on the ground out of my ground blind with a friend of mine. I've hunted all my life with guns of all sorts and even my matthews z7 extreme and killed all types of animals but nothing is like killing an animal the 'traditional way'. I posted this mainly to give thanks to my friend Neal for simple passing on the tradition to me so i can pass it on myself. The coolest part about my adventure was tracking the hog without a drop of blood and using pure instinct.
