Yamaha Tilt/Trim wrench

I'm trying to replace a leaking seal in the tilt cylinder of my 08 Yamaha 70TLR. Anyone know where i could borrow the spanner wrench to remove the cap? It's around 1' spacing of the holes and 4mm (3/16').
