Man, that kudu and impala both look world class. What type of zebra is that with the ghost stripes between the black stripes? Nice hunt, did you shoot any francolin or guinea or dove?

man that is awesome, i am just curious why shoot a zebra, figured it would be kind of similar to shooting a wild mustang horse, i have always seen that people shoot them over there, just wondering if they are eating them or what, i know some people do eat horse, and i would try it too, but it has to be a tough meat no?

Thats a burchels or plains zebra, very neat pattern. I did not hunt any birds but saw tons of franklin, dove, and gunea fowl, Next trip I'll only bring one rifle and pack a shotgun....plenty of birds!

Honestly, they were the toughest of all animals to hunt....we tried for four days, they are extremely spooky, and I had them in the scope many times before it was the right circumstances to pull trigger. AS far as the meat, it all gets consumed, I hadn't tried any zebra when I was there but would have, I did eat allot of other venison from multiple game.

I've never seen anything a coonass wouldnt eat . The stuff we eat would probably turn a native Africans stomach . Zebra courtbouillon ... Hmmm

ya boy, you right choupic, the looks i get when i tell some one i eat nutria rat are priceless, 'Zebra courtbouillon' almost has a cajun ring to it, they sure wouldn't be safe if they were free range in the basin hahahaha
