Man sorry about water pump but glad you were able to still get to fish, There's nothing wrong with a good mess of fresh white trout

Still had fun. Water pump spun on the metal piece on the inside of propeller. Never seen that happen! Will b back in late oct.

I know the aggregation of things breaking my motor tilt is broken now I no longer have control of the tilt from my console I have to use the motor tilt. Last weekend my bilge pump broke too.

Glad you had a great trip other than the water pump issue. Its nice to hear of someone getting into some Reds or Trout for the first time. She will be talking about it for a long time.
My wife use to not care too much for fishing until I finally talked her into a trip to Leeville a few years ago. Capt. Bob pointed me in the right direction and she had a trip of her life time. Now when she sees me back up to the boat trailer she asks what time are 'we' leaving?
AC Man is correct about the White Trout. If you put a Speck next to a White Trout I will pick the White Trout first as far as eating. Just be sure you keep the fish cold from the time you catch it all the way to the hot grease.
