Inshore Fishing in Lake Pontchartrain / Northshore in Southeast Louisiana

Looking for trout in the lake

Been reading reports on trout being pushed in the lake because of Issac. My buddy and I are thinking about going fishing near the mouth and outside of Lacombe Bayou and other bayous nearby. Is this a good idea or should I try elsewhere for the trout?
