Yea there never are many teal down there...right? Lol

idk y i go back every year, never any ducks and to many yahoos out there....worst place ever!!

I have been at the wax the past 4 weekend in a row and have yet to see a teal.... lilys are everywhere from the storm, hope this is not a indication of how the rest of the big duck season will be....

gets funnier ever time i read it jee i think i will go someplace else BECAUSE THERE ARE NO TEAL IN THE WAX hahahahahahaha. Sorry been there and they are there.

If you want an honest report before you put your boat down and burn 20 gallons of gas scouting ask the owner of the Calumet cut landing Les, he talks to everyone who runs the wax from day to day and has no reason to lie to you

Went to scout at wax and did not see any ducks at all. I ran up every pass and no birds at all. The storm must have pushed them out.

Well then go scout and see for your self. Lots of the marsh looks yellow and wind burn, The teal are in rice fields

it was only a joke, if someone seriously goes to the wax and dont see a duck u definately need to see and eye doctor. I was wearing a lime green fishing shirt floating in the middle of the canal in my boat and could have killed a limit in 10 mins. they have been there for months now

they got birds but you better bring a extra prop and be ready to walk.

Went down to the wax yesterday and it still does not look good. There were a few groups of teal and big ducks mixed in. I'll be there for the opener but I don't expect to see much.

why is it every year we have reports like this?...i have my own report .....I have scouted from the Texas state line to the Mississippi state line.....have not seen one bird at all....save your money and dont hunt this year......lmbo.....

Looking at a few satellite pics from this week the wax looks fine, still green marsh. Venice north to Lake Borgne and west to dularge look pretty bad as far as dead marsh.

well this report was spot on all the teal were gone com e friday morning dont know where they went
