Isaac and the duck season
Is the season over? I know we had tropical storm lee last year that killed a lot of grass and we still did pretty good. This is a slight step up from lee. People keep saying the season is done. Some are saying we will be fine. What is the truth?

The opener will be good as always but the rest of the first split will not be good man. second split might be good from more ducks coming down this way but this hurricane is going to drop a lot of much needed water farther up north in the fly way. The saltwater will kill all the feed down here and ducks will come ahead of the fronts but they wont stay in the marshes long at all. Good luck to everyone but if i had a lease in the marsh i wouldnt even worry about all the trouble to hunt it this year. Move farther north to the rice fields or something. this saltwater isnt going to be good for anything. The birds will stay in places farther north because there will be more water in the prairies and pot holes full of feed. its gunna be rough man
