Mike and Janine Parker along with their friend Paul asked me to take them out in Black Bay today to see what it looks like these days. The bay was pretty choppy but the group hung in there with around 1 limit of trout and had a request for some spanish mackeral for sushi tonight. After boating 2 mackeral and releasing 1 bull red the seas were building so off we went in the marsh to fill limits of black drum in the holes with 2 more reds and a bass. On decent days the trout are still biting outside and on rougher days the drum are stacked up in the holes and the reds have been steady on the grass lines.
