I'm also in Tylertown and we have taking some really nice bucks. No record book bucks but nice deer. Last year hogs came on my place and destroyed the deer hunting. Hopefully the acorn crops wont be as good and the hogs will leave.

We hunt in Tylertown and the deer herd in that area is good to pretty good. We have a few very nice bucks on the property we hunt and quite a few smaller but still nice ones that are 8pt+. Our doe population is way higher than it needs to be too.
A lot of the Tylertown area has a bad hog problem so if I were you I would search your entire property for hogs and take control of the hog population asap. I have seen a few 300+lb out there and at that size can be a threat to your deer and to humans.
Where exactly is the property you will hunting?
