Bowfishing Bow
I have been thinking about getting a fishing bow for a while now. I dont have a clue what to look for. I dont need the best out there just a nice beginners bow that i can use on red fish and gar. Links would be great! Thanks

Matthews/AMS
The AMS bows are made by Matthews. Either the AMS fish hawk or the Matthews Genesis will do fine, but you may pay more for the AMS

yes ive got the fish hawk, dont remember what store it was just went to ebay and looked for the best price wich was couple years ago $299 came ready to shoot out the box. does not come with arrows so u may want to order a couple.

go with ams bow. got mine online for $299 comes all set up with reel and hardware ready to shoot out the box. these bows have all stainless hard ware and is your cheapest route. cheaper than trying to piece something together, and you will still have to end up with a ams reel, as they are the only makers of a true bow reel. good luck.
