Cman, i can answer ur question now with certainty. The deer i've been after 3yrs just showed up. So until i get him i wouldnt shoot anything else.

The top deer both look like scrub swamp deer . The middle pics are nice deer but you forgot to take the bandaids of the ends of that ones horns ! Lol Na they are both nice . But the bottom deer , that's the one I would be after . That joker has 11 inch bases , and serious height ! I like them tall racks .. Nice deer though , all of them .

Thats the same deer in each picture. I missed him twice in '10 and only glimpsed him last year. Like u say, his mass and height this year are good, but short pts. actually has 9pts, until he is killed its him or none. Almost every big buck i've killed was after i had passed on a real nice buck, then along about 15min later u see the really big ones. Next would be that 51/2yr old 250lb. seven pt.Those band aids are just where he dipped his horns eating that rice bran. Hope ya'll made it home, we got diresct hit and lost power 3 days, but no damage lucky. lots of road wrk.lol only about 2-4in of rain, very little help long term.

Glad to hear y'all made out ok . We made it home to a yard full of limbs and water . The water came up about 4 ft after we got home . It got close to getting in our house . We've been cleaning up for 3 days between monsoons . Brought the rabbit dogs to the casino ... Lol

My neighbor has a rain gauge that goes up to 6 inches . He dumps it everyday and its filled up 4 out of the last 5 days .

Its amazing, he went from non-typical to typical. I predicted he would do that, supriseingly i had another, prolly his father, that went from 18to20to just seven with 25' beams and 8' bases. Why they do this i have no idea, almost everyone will show something extra on one side only to see it repeat itself on the other side the next year. That deer has 3 notches in his right ear(at least one i put therelol) and he is unusually light colored, his name for first 2 yrs was whitey, cause he has so much white on his legs. When he went so palmetted his 3rd year i changed it to webmaster. now its just that sob thats driven me crazy for 3 yrs.lol I always get his pics in feb after the season, and then he disappears until end of aug, then shows back up and stays right there all season. never got a pic of him more than 400yds from central spot where i found one shed.

The lil thin racked 8 pt next to webmaster in that one pic , doesn't even look like its in the right neck of the woods . Looks like it doesn't belong there . I wonder how it'll turn out ? Or did that turn out as sausage already , or what ?
