when i bought my home had water front property deed said it went 60 foot from main road to bayou terr. due to erosion i only had 20 foot left was going to fill back in my land to sell my home state told me i could not due to fact it became state poperty due to natrual erosion and it would interfere with marine trafic so i could not fill it in if they can inforce it at my own home why not where we fish.i could not even put up pillings in the waterway and my paper work said i owned the land but once erosion took it i lost it THEY ARE USING THE LAW TO HELP THEM NOT THE TAXPAYERS
