Friday I had Jace Marshall and crew all the way from Oklahouma. They wanted redfish action and we found the redfish hungry. We put a 4 man limit together after dodging thunderstorms. All fish caught on my Cajun Redfish spinnerbaits with a Bayou chub minnow in chicken-on-a-chain attached.
It ws a nice day with a 15 mph breeze, it was not a degree over 90 all day. We also picked up 3 flounder and a few sheephead on the spinnerbaits. I was on a 3' ladder spotting the fish cruising in the grass. Just look for clear water and most of our fish were in a foot of water near a deep canal or channel.
