Rigolets Marsh Bass&Specks

Went yest afternoon after the rain blew threw to Rigolets Marina, Got here bout 215-30 put in idled out pass No Wake Zone stopped@out normal place, Got start w/ Shrimp was slow afternoon till dark 3 specs 1 keeper 14' 3 Nice Bass Bout 5 Rat Reds. Caught them on Glow H&H Cocohoe Minnow w/ Gold Spinner blade up along the grassy Bank. Was alot grass along bank the Bass were actually between hyd grass&bank Fighting Bass in the Marsh ya gona Love it

What is the best way to cook the specks? Are they pretty good fried up like a bass or catfish?
