that is wild stuff, i vaguely remember a similar post or something that someone had rescued a young deer that had swam way out, good job for the crew boat, i am sure that deer had to be exhausted

That is wild ! I wonder what that deer was thinking ? Either it was trying to get away from the gnats and Mosquitos or it drank some of BPs dispersants and lost its mind ?

If it had been a buck, and his doe was on the shore fussing, then I could see a 3 mile swim, but since it was a Doe and there are no stores around, seems confusing...

I posted this last year. I was duck hunting the jaws and these 2 crossed my decoy spread heading out to seas. If you know the jaws, I was at the 3rd finger on the west side. That's a good ways out.....
