Got out to the causeway bridge just after daybreak this morning. Powered over from the launch at Bonnabel. I tried everything but jumping in the water and throwing 'em back into the boat: nothing popping on the south end of the bridge. Fished both sides of an incoming tide and only caught an occasional hardhead. The water was beautiful (clear/green) and the cloud cover was fantastic but nothing bit artificial, market or live. Got out of there before the rains came.
