Inshore Fishing in Delacroix Island in Southeast Louisiana
Nicholas shows off their catch with Captain Jack
Weather makes for a slow start
The weather was the reason for a late start out of Sweetwater this morning, but eventhough it started slow the bite turned on at about 8:30. Captain Jack fished with the Goscha group and brought back 43 big beautiful Trout. Captain Billy brought in 61 Specks, some Bull Reds and a couple of Sheepshead. Captain Britt was back at the dock with 40 Specks some Big Reds and a couple of Sheepshead. They all used Sweetwater live bait and fished Black Bay. As fast as you can cast, you can reel em in. Fishing is spectacular out of Delacroix right now. Don't miss out, call and get on a charter today and reel in some of your own. We have plenty of live bait. Charters and lodging are available. Check out Nicholas Goscha with his catch, that's how memories are made.
