elmers island

Can anybody tell me what i would look for the tide range for elmers island. I really not sure how the tide works . Is it best to fish a high tide. Please let me know Thanks

you can check tide prediction in the New Paper I know our Local The Advocate gives tide reading&most are pretty close between Grand Isle&Elmer Island
