A busy Saturday on the DU! The boat parade started about 4:45 am as everyone is looking to get on the fish . Capts Ricky,Gerald and Brady took off in seach of the trout while I chased the reds with Glynn & Susan Pellegrin of Baton Rouge. I joined Glynn and Susan on their boat as they wanted to learn the area to catch more fish on their own. It was a run & gun trip today as I had many locations to show the husband/wife team. I showed the couple about 10 different hotspots and Susan caught on quickly catching her limit & most of the fish! Those reds were pulling her all around the boat as Glynn & I enjoyed her catching some 27 in reds. A beautiful morning spent with some great folks and they will have plenty of fillets to bring back home. Good luck fishing.
